Prices here are dropping frequently and rapidly. However, there are few stations holding on to outrageously high prices. Perhaps, its a statement they are making. We need to send strong messages to these higher prices stations by boycotting them.

The state of Michigan still has prices above $2, just not the majority. We should be more joyous when all are under $2.

This is great for me as a consumer, but not as an unemployed engineer in Houston.

It's about $2 here as well, but global demand and price will increase again. We should be moving forward on new exploration now.

we are still above the $2 mark here, but edging closer...

Sadly, that has inspired the arrogant little people who race around solo in their 4x4 never-seen-dirt crew cab air-hauling pickup trucks and the solo SUV drivers to waste much more than their share of fuel. They race me to the next stoplight (and think they won) and I gently slowdown and never lose all my momentum, and they race away again, only to have me catchup at the next light and drive through without having to stop and idle...

I could drive for a week on what they waste in a day, and as there become more of them, I could go for a month on their daily waste. MAKES ME SICK!

We NEED to kick the oil addiction, and NOW is a good time!

So if they stuck a 50 cent tax per gallon to fix the roads or whatever, nobody would complain because it's still cheap, right?

Keep planing and combining your trips. Do 2 or 3 or 4 things on one trip rather than 3 or 4 separate trips. KEEP CONSERVING. The demand goes down and the prices should follow.

Most prices in Columbus seem to be in the upper 1.50s, lower 1.60s for a couple of days now. I'd like to see that price in Dayton move east!
