4 Tens is great. I worked 'em, loved 'em. Creative scheduling can get you a nice 6 day break once in a while.

I am glad VW involved its employees in this decision. While 4/10 saves on commuting costs, it does make for a long work day.

Decades ago, a 4 day, 10hr/day work week was proposed. Now I have a 10hr day, but they seem to have forgotten about the 4 day week.

makes it nice you get three day weekends that way I once worked 12 hr shifts and would get 7 days in a row off once a month that way was nice
